TIME/TV: 7:07 p.m., YES Network

WEATHER: There’s a roof in case of rain, but rain doesn’t seem likely. Temperature in the 60s.

UMPIRES: HP Greg Gibson, 1B Chad Fairchild, 2B Jim Reynolds, 3B Jim Joyce

UNFAMILIAR EXPERIENCE: The only player in tonight’s Blue Jays lineup who’s had more than four career at-bats against Adam Warren is Josh Donaldson, who’s 0-for-6 with a strikeout in his career against Warren.

OFF AND RUNNING AGAIN: Jacoby Ellsbury went 3-for-5 with a stolen base and an RBI last night. It was his first RBI since August 30, snapping a career-long 17-game stretch without one. The stolen base was No. 299 for his career, leaving him one away from joining eight other active players with at least 300 career steals. Among active players with at least 150 career steals, Ellsbury ranks second with an 83.5 percent success rate (Carlos Beltran is actually first at 86.4).

ON THIS DATE: It was on September 21 of last year that Brett Gardner hit the 15,000th home run in franchise history. More memorable was September 21, 2008 when the Yankees played their final game at the original Yankee Stadium.
